I’ve probably told you all a thousand times that I’m an office dweller and have at best a shattered focus when it comes to sports. Now that I’m getting slightly older (even though I’m only turning 35 this year), I am starting to feel that I’m getting less fit and flexible. And I don’t like that feeling… So I think it’s time to try out something completely new, and what better than an activity that will improve my flexibility, stability and posture? Because of those reasons I would love to try out either yoga or pilates to see whether it’s something that’s ‘for me’. And by try out I mean more than just a single lesson.
