Just a quick update on my challenge on not drinking alcohol for a year. I’ve been going without alcoholic beverages (save for the very occasional exception) for two months now, and so far it’s been great. I really start to notice feeling fitter throughout the day and sleeping better at night. Unfortunately this has been partly undone by the sleeping troubles our son is experiencing lately, but then again, I can’t imagine how I’d been feeling with the little amount of sleep I get had I been drinking every now and then..
So, so far it’s been a very successful experiment and one I hope to keep up for a while.
