#62 – Visit Iceland

The land of geysers, names that are ridiculously hard to pronounce, Björk and people that believe in elves (research shows that over a quarter of the people in Iceland do so) is certainly a place worth visiting. Technically, I’ve been there once already on a stopover on my way to Canada, but that doesn’t really count, now does it? From what I’ve seen from the airplane when approaching Keflavik Airport, Iceland really is a wonderful place to visit. Landscapes unlike anywhere else on the planet, space, fresh air (save from the odd volcano eruption), this really sounds like a place I’d love to spend some time in. It’s a bit on the expensive side, though, but I’m sure there’ll be a way to work around that.
