#45 – Run a sub 20 minute 5k

Another one in the running category. I’ve been close to this already (within 5 seconds actually),  but my form and pure speed have since dwindled. According to McMillans running calculator, if I want to do a sub 1:30 half marathon (another item on my list) I have to be able to do a sub 20 minute 5k as well. Good reason to put it on the list as well.

Run 5k within 20 minutes
